Per capita income - of course!!! You use 8X the resources per capita we do - but the joke is you DON'T have a standard of living that's 8x as higher.
I did not say you cover up accidents - you need to go to 4th grade and take a reading comprehension lesson again. I said that in a low number of launches if you fail 100% in one launch while the other side has 25% failure rate in 4 launches it is not statistically relevant.
