This isn't exactly a traditional omelet but it does look quite tasty :) another way to make an omelet like.... dish.... is to cook the bottom in the pan and then grill the top (like with cheese on toast) which makes it all fluffy and thick and yummy :) I did that before I discovered how to actually make one :)
