In that last one you can tell it's him, I think. He sings in many songs where there's some off-screen voice doing it, or in the background.

His voice actor can indeed sing. Dan Povenmire sings in a lot of songs in this show, but since he doesn't use his Doof voice, it's usually difficult to tell.
