Way to go guys. I did two video blogs on it, the first was more of a philosophical analysis of the situation and the other was just a rag on everyone involved.
Honestly it makes me embarrassed to say that young adults in America are fighting to watch porn on campus.
WE ARE NOT ALL PERVERTS. Sorry other countries not all of us are that imorally depraived. Unfortuneatly it looks like we're getting there though. Take christs teachings out of the equation and you get junk like this.
Porn didn't destroy his life either - no proof in that statement - how about he was a douchebag low life to begin with? And as far as addictions go - you can say that about anything in our culture. Too much of anything is rarely good. You can be addicted to video games, fast food, sex, anything that pleasures you. I agree with what you say about relationships - but that's off topic - because the ultimate point here is that porn is as harmless as about anything in today's society.
I would argue against the previous retort that; yes, porn did not destroy their marriage but i did destroy the ex-husbands life. I say this as a christian but as also as a person who has literally had an addiction to pornography and thinking that, that is how a relationship should work. A relationship solely built on physical intimacy is hollow, and if your ideas of what intimacy is comes from porn then it will never be enough. If i'm wrong, ask a social psychologist.
Give me a break. Connie's story if anything, cheapens your argument. Porn didn't ruin her relationship. Trust me - for them to break up a four year marriage while she's pregnant - there's something else wrong there - porn was not the cause.
Pirates ll, is one of the most entertaining films I've seen in a while - one of a kind - yes it's pornographic, but it's a damn good film - Doesn't affect my relationship with my girl - I love her very much so. Watch it with your gfs!
