great explanation man. i finished reading a book on spiritual alchemy recently and it seemed so complicated that i felt it would take me years to be able to achieve that higher state of consciousness (which it may) but your words have given me a much better understanding of the process and i thank you. keep doin your thing spread the awareness.

@QuestionXXEVerythin3 thanks man - yeah it doesn't have to be a big thing - it eventually just becomes a simple 2 step process - real Alchemy - and then just a fluid automatic 'doingness'. But we just have to want to play with it and be sincerely interested in using it.

@BeepStratten Well I have...but you're right this message is mostly about emotiona, mental, spiritual pain. But even w/ physical pain we can when fully being present with it, enter states that lessen the pain through natural painkillers. There are true accounts of people being able to have their appendix removes w/o anesthesia while fully conscious.
