Aaron Hall was responsible for mostly ALL the singers in R&B bringing soul and riffing and gospel style runs to music and made it acceptible when they hit the scene in 1988 with Guy. Everyone that came out, including R Kelly was trying to sound like him. All you heard on radio was Aaron Hall wanna b's!!!
-
hez told aaron not to go back to r&b
-
@LaSugarplum you'd be surprised how many blacks have never seen the "color purple"...so it's possible he don't know aaron hall as an r&b singer
-
@LaSugarplum the focus of this video is not about him being a "R&B singer", the focus is an emphasis on when he was still in the church and singing Gospel music...we cud care less that hes an r&b singer...institutionalkid's job is not to worry about whether he was a r n b singer or not...hes singing Gospel in this....the end...
Aaron got a little Stevie Wonder in him! I LOVE IT!
