Dynamic Relaxation of Keel Mold 2

This movie is part of my thesis, titled 'Evolutionary Optimization of Fabric Formed Structural Elements'.

The movie features a part of my program, which uses Dynamic Relaxation to model the fabric behavior of a fabric formwork. This particular mold is based on the existing 'keel mold' method.

The program allows three variables; the prestressing along the length, the shape of the keel mold, the shape of the edges of the horizontal mold plane.
It uses a 5 point Bezier curve to model these three variables along the length of the beam. (This allows the overall program to repeatedly generate different, but feasible shapes for optimization)

After this the Dynamic Relaxation algorithm, coded in Java, shapes the fabric by first applying the prestressing forces, then also applying the concrete pressures.

Your animation is way over my head, I am sure you could make me know it, but I have to admit Evolution isn't something that interrests me unless it is to write a fantasy story. I find it interresting that you nor I can make me interrested in it.

This isn't evolution in the Darwinian sense, rather simply meaning 'development', although I use one algorithm (not in this vid) that translates certain concepts in natural evolution to mathematics and works.

I find it interesting that you limit your own interests and thus yourself.

I just said "you nor I can make me interrested in it" are you implying you can choose to alter your interrest in "algorithmic evolution" into Disinterrest? Being interrested, requires work, but not much. You may find it interresting I am "limiting myself," but if you truly thought it was important for me to know, you would put more effort into convincing me rather than treating me like an observation made in an experiment, or are you limiting yourself.LOL freewill is such a delusion.

Come on, read the last line of your first comment and put yourself in my place. You didn't seem like someone who is very openminded in this area, so you're right, I did merely make an observation. You didn't come across as someone who wants to be convinced. If I'm wrong, I'd be glad to tell you more about evolutionary algorithms, it's not hard to explain.

Concerning your views on free will, I'd recommend you look out for and read 'Meditations' by Descartes.

I believe we are observed by God and all the angels which are invisible. I was sensing that you don't think you are being watched too. We may not be experiments, but we are both in this world together and we are BOTH being watched. Me Observing what He is doing in me and giving me peace is one thing, to say I can make myself interrested is theory and unprovable. I do not seek a fight, can you make yourself interrested in the True Jesus to seek him daily, Who's stopping your interrest?
