Wow that's awesome!! I just got to Ft Drum myself & was thinking about doing the same thing here. Your work here on youtube has inspired me. Have any advice on having a successful school like yours?

Ensure that you tell your students that you cannot teach on specific time and days due to you job; however whenever you see a season that you have lots of time off, do not hesitate to teach and practice and you will have devoted students. Discipline is a must! Compassion also is a must!
