"In Your Eyes" was released in Australia and UK on 21 January 2002 as the second single from the album, however it was not released as a single in the United States. The song was successful through some European countries. The song debuted and peaked at number-one in Australia, her second consecutive Australian number-one. In the United Kingdom, it debuted and peaked at number three, selling 164,808 copies, and was certified Silver. It also became a dance club hit in the UK, peaking at number seven on the Club Chart.

"In Your Eyes" had received positive reception from most music critics. The song was applauded for its dance-oriented style of music. However some critics felt the it wasn't a really catchy song. The music video was directed by Dawn Shadforth, which featured a lot of visual effects and neon colours. It was released on Minogue's DVD compilation Ultimate Kylie in 2004. "In Your Eyes" won the Best Dance Award at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2002.

@kakarzone disagree, I thought her recent album Aphrodite was just as good as Fever. Loved Fever for what it was and still do, but Aphrodite was an awesome album playing up her strengths. Cupid Boy grew to be such a favorite on that album
