Neighborhood Dog Beater

I caught this old man beating my yellow lab, Duke, with a metal collapsible baton. His excuse..., "He was barking at me." (I actually caught him 4 months prior beating my dog and he assured me that it wouldn't happen again.) As for the lady in the video at the end, she was just caught off guard. She later understood the situation and was appauled as well. The police have been notified and he has since begun walking on the other side of the street. The baton is in the hands of the police.
