Cobblestone Generator

This is a walkthrough of a cobblestone generator using the ubiquitous Buildcraft and Redpower mods.

My last video talked about the Diamond Engine that uses the output from a cobblestone generator to generate unlimited diamonds with the Equivalent Exchange mod. This video details the cobblestone generator portion, and makes several improvements on the original design, the pinnacle of which is the inclusion of the Teleport Pipes mod.

Feel free to use the design in your own builds (I wouldn't have shared it otherwise) and I'd love to hear what you make out of it.

I like the 1 deep inground design of the block breakers. Only thing I can think to add is if you didnt have TP pipes would be to use RPs redstone pneumatic pipes. Couple reasons, the redstone pipes carry a signal as well as items so they can act as wire for breakers, their speed is almost gold pipe if not gold pipe speed and they will shut down the system if capacity is reached at the chest. Using ur base design and RP pipes you could stack a 10 long generator at 3 blocks high easy.

@maxell45146 That's a good idea to try. I'll still prefer the teleport pipes because they will always have the smallest drops count, but I'll give Redpower's pipes a try and see how they fare. I started with Buildcraft, so I tend to use those by default.
