Essa foi uma releitura de um prato bem típico Brasileiro no estilo da Gastronomia Molecular. A Feijoada em si foi adicionado Agar para geleificar, uma espuma de arroz com adição de Lecitina, Crisps de Couve, Caldas de Laranja, Pimenta e Bacon. Bom Apetite
