@thestout77 Not so much, but there is a small fan base more focused on the animation and characters rather than the technical aspects. To be honest, this film was developed because of the success of Star Wars episode I in the late 90s, but did a good job distancing itself from being a complete rip-off. It didn't do as well as planned and bankrupted Don Bluth studios, which never recovered. I wouldn't plan on seeing it revived, despite being a pretty good movie.

Does this movie have a developed universe like Star Wars that explains the origin and nature of the different races? This movie just got me back into EVE.

@MizMaxter Well, the character animation is very recogniseable. Cale (sp?) is pretty much Dimitri from Anastasia with blonde hair.
