  • No I can't. I ran out of text in the last message, so I couldn't properly convey this:

The video above is a SIMILAR version to the one with Scott's highest note. So, the F#5 is NOT on Youtube. Just like Metal Gear Awesome.

  • Scott Leonard's highest recorded note (F sharp 5 [F#5], a half step above the F you say is in this vid) is at the end of the first version of "Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress" that Rockapella did with Scott on high tenor. He does the second chorus exactly like the first, but up one octave. He hits the tonic ("cuz the long cool woman had it ALL") and then launches skyward!

Similar version, same lineup (youtube's being a bitch not letting me post the address in one line):

  • Since all of the members seen here reunited to form "XRP" (ex-Rockapella), likelihood is Steve left on good terms.

Search "xrp rockapella" to see 'em in action.

  • Yeah, I suspect Steve was already decided on leaving at this time, but did a couple of stuff until Rockapella was finished finding a new high tenor.

  • This was probably one of Steve's last performances w/Rockapella before Scott came along.

  • **watches again.** I like the two doctor verses better than the original verses. LOL. Especially the first one.

  • Ha, that was neat! LOL @ the silly verses! But wow, really, this was from September 1991? I thought Steven was gone by then.

  • i couldn find the note you your talking about. Could you give me a time in the video.
