Unfortunately I have exactly the same laptop. It's just simply mind-blowing that you need to take your machine apart into atomic pieces in order to replace your HDD. Honestly, I would like to understand what the fuck motivated the jerk who came up with this design. He would deserve a shot in the head. Any other laptops of mine in the past twelve years had a simple way to do the same thing.

@TheMightyMosher, I have this laptop also and I had that problem... Only thing to do is to wipe the WHOLE system and put it all back on. It's proably a virus though, so get a good anti virus!

My cousin and his Step mom both got this computer and i think the C: and D: drives were switched, because they both have the same problem where the D: drive is 380GB of space and the C: drive has 11.2GB of space. i cant imagine this is how the computer was purposly designed. was it?

@Masamune7vii I have seen this problem before several times in Acer and Sony computers. You may be able to use a disk partitioning program like Partition Magic to change the sizes of the partitions. You could always wipe the drives and delete / create new partitions and load Windows again. Good luck!

Can you show how to clean CPU fan? Dell is trying all their might to sell me their software warranty, but I honestly think it's the CPU fan temp going up too high. Thanks in advance.

@cinamoroll07 A good free temp monitor program is HWmonitor and I think it's also called CPUID. I would be happy to clean out your laptop and make a video of the process. I typically charge 1 to 2 hours labor depending on what needs to be removed in order to access the fan. I will also apply new thermal paste so that your laptop can cool efficiently.
