This documentary isn't a good representation of Vancouver. Hells angels aren't the ones bringing in all the drugs. Also he says Vancouver has a zero tolerance to drugs which is a complete lie. They have safe injection sites, cannabis dispensaries and an area where drugs are openly sold in front on the police. This guy doesn't understand Vancouver, this is a very poor documentary

If soap bars were illegal they would make their big profits by selling bars of soap.
"Illegal" is another word for "profitable."
Legalize the drugs and you destroy the profitability of trafficking in drugs. If you want to strike at crime, hit them in their wallet. Aim for their streams of income.
Unfortunately, a way must also be found to police the police. When the price is right they are as much a part of the crime as the up-front criminal are.
