"if youre used to having a craving and eating a whole candy bar" LOLOL....i think anyone with a sugar addiction eats more than just one candy bar wen they get a craving...try half a cake.

This is a wonderful video with all the important points you need to get off sugar. It really inspired me to concentrate on all the foods I need rather than the foods I crave and don't want in my diet. You've done it again, Natalie! Thank you.

thank you so much! great video

"Keep it out of your house" a problem for young people like me who are still living with their families and don't really control what food is in the house. Especially when you family loves drinking Cola and eating sweet milk products.

For the past two months, I have been on a low-carb, low-fat diet. I have not cheated once while on this diet and I lost 26 lbs. However, I still crave sweets every day. I think about the bakery goods (my weakness) I used to eat. So I have to disagree with the statement that cravings go away once you stop eating sugar. When you are not hungry, you have more control and are less likely to give in but that's about it. The cravings never actually go away. It sucks.
