Mongols T-Shirt: http://dftba.com/product/10g/CrashCou...
In which John Green teaches you, at long last, about the most exceptional bunch of empire-building nomads in the history of the world, the Mongols! How did the Mongols go from being a relatively small band of herders who occasionally engaged in some light hunting-gathering to being one of the most formidable fighting forces in the world? It turns out Genghis Khan was a pretty big part of it, but you probably already knew that. The more interesting questions might be, what kind of rulers were they, and what effect did their empire have on the world we know today? Find out, as John FINALLY teaches you about the Mongols.

Lol, I was making a reference to how the Abbasid Caliphate was destroyed by the Mongols, I have nothing against the Mongols, you need to calm down and learn who Harun al-Rashid was

Why should they, Europe had very little goods, resources, people, soldiers, art, culture, etc... Why would the wast valuable mongol soldiers conquering useless land. They only were using about 10,000 troops to conquer it anyways!

Because the Mongols were accustomed to cold harsh weather on the steppe, not swampy, warm, disease riddled India! It was home to numbers of soldiers larger then the mongols could ever hope to take down in that enviroment. Also by the time the mongol armies reached india the mongol empire was splintering and the greatest power was 1/5th of the mongol empire, so that drew soldiers away from expansion and towards other mongols.
PS No offence to indians but India was like that at the time!

Do you have any reasons or logic to that statement, or are you just one of those racist fucks who need scapegoats and use the mongols and are just defending your arguments here?

But isn't religous freedom, women's rights, law & order, and the spread of cultures, the arts, and many other valuable things such as medicine awesome?
