From where they find Barret in the Corel Prison where he tells them of his bestfriend Dyne, so they decide to help Barret find Dyne only for them to fight & Dyne to kill himself, Cloud is chosen to help get the party out of the Corel Prison via the Chocobo Races to where Cloud wins & they are given a buggy in apology for their false sentence from Dio.

@MyBloodblade In some forest south of Midgar i think.have to go past snake ,through caves.near the reactor with the condor on top.Or its just south of Gold saucer.
