No, the Democratically controlled Congress has squandered like no other on bail outs, clash for clunkers and other symbolic gestures. How do you spend money by tax cuts. That is classic liberal BS. @y2knoproblem Social Security is the biggest Ponzi Scheme in American history. Democrats have robbed the system to fund other liberal entitlement programs. This is the first year in history, and under Democrat-controlled Congress, that Social Security is paying out more than it takes in. Nothing is in the social security system but IOUs. The same trick Bernie Madoff used to trick his investors.
