@Vatos75 well then, a 28-30 inch vert.... very good, but i suppose that ol' painful plyos are a must to bust my plateau then ;) nevertheless keep it up man!!

@alejandrothefader : I have not tested my vert. But after a meet of a 114sn attempt, and a 149 C&J, I was able to tap a rim with Oly shoes on.

Just learning this shit from football thats hard to do n wat muscle groups does this workout work and do u have any videos of power cleans to push press?

@Potatoerapper : It doesn't target specific muscle groups, it trains movements. Like rapid extension in the hips/knees/ankles, then quick flexion in the same groups. Also, the ability to keep tight in the trunk with the weight overhead. I have some vids of power cleans and also push presses. Please have a look. Good luck with your training.
