Thanks for your response. yes me and my now wife Linda used to speak to Jeff , Greg and Ollie at places like the Bulls Head and the Queens Head in the 60s.
We regularly went out just to see the Idle Race.
Jeff wrote some lovely tunes even in those early days, Girl at the window, No more sad songs etc. Happy days indeed.

I was there watching the Idle Race in the early days in and around Erdington Birmingham. Jeff would be proud of this version some 40 years later. Well done !
