frankly i like your bedroom ceiling fan even if it is a cheap it still looks descent

That one that only has one speed most likely was wired incorrectly. I'm going to assume that at some point someone pulled the chain out of the socket and replaced it, wiring it wrong. Tis same thing happened to me with one of my fans.
