dancers can be better fighters then most fighters. I see alot of mma fighters with bad sense of balance and rhytm. Balance coordination in conjunction with fast movements means better footwork. Mohammad ali had great footwork look where it got him. He probably danced to exercise. A good way to improve footwork. Most of the fighters I see on tv are horrible. Unsure of where to step. Stepping to far in or too far back and losing fights because of it. Don't make fun of dancing.
