can u tell me wat os u are using i have xp i dnt have the cd n i dnt want to buy one is it any way to boot from sd without it and my r:/ drive needs to b repaired ne solution

@uju830 i was using xp i believe. if not, it may have been vista. nonetheless, its all the same.

When it gets to the Loading Ramdisk image, if it is all being done involving only motherboard RAM accesses or flash drive memory accesses, I just don't see what is making it take so long.

Maybe that is when Bill Gates is inserting all his spy algorithms for Uncle Sam that he keeps encrypted in the OS.

@narivasant the problem was that my IMG file that was loading into RAM was super huge (about 2GB), i later fixed this by reducing the size of my bootalbe iso :)

@seamonkey420 I have a question sir. I saw video on youtube, and he can make his SD card as his System drive and it runs faster (like Mcbook air). my question is, how to do that? and what's the requirement? thanks

@dikajenny hmmm, that may be a bit harder to do since your mounting the sd as a system volume on boot. and in turn would need to install OS X to the sd card too. you prob want to do some research on "bootable sd mac os x" and that should get you going. sorry i don't have specifics since i've yet to do this since i cannot see the benefit of it.

I tried to install XP from my Pen drive! Messed up my whole computer... I had to install a new VGA and a RAM! I think you're lucky to get you pc saved!
