They were legendary before this iconic set..
it just solidifed their stance as one of the most classic heavy metal bands of all time in fucking adamantium
after a decade & a half of being metal i may have moved more into black/death/thrash kickassery but Maiden will always be special, Dickensons Shakespearean brogue/pilot & Renaissance man status, Eddie etc.
When Adrian & Bruce left it seemed Maiden died..but no..BOTH came back, & we get Bruce & THREE fucking guitar harmonies..best of best
