A group of Blackbirds, probably Starlings were swarming around near Lakeland Hills in South Auburn WA. Starlings are non native and perhaps responsible for the decline in Robin populations. Most of them seemed to be roosting around the fenced settling ponds. Being a lifelong Washington State native I've never seen a swarm of birds of this size. The video only shows a group of them. I did photograph the larger group but the biggest group was truely awe inpiring. Too big even for my wide angle lens.
