Hand stands have the following benefits:
- Reverse gravity to most of the body, especially feet
- Relax head and neck
- Strengthen the spine
Using a wall, balance, flexibility, and strength can be developed.
The trampoline takes a step further in strength and balance training. This is conditioning for break-dance
