It seems unfair to make the word "gay," exclusive to one type of person. I am a woman, and the word I usually go with is Bi. But if I were currently dating another woman, would I not be just as gay as a man who dates another man? These are all just words, and I think you are taking too much offense to the misuse of their meanings, vs. the misunderstands of those who the words apply to. We are all just human beings, capable of being defined by any of these words at any point in time.

Who said they all "want to get a total gender transformation (sex change)"? I know for a fact that a LOT of those trannies have no intentions on going all the way. And I think gays who wish to push the "T" out of GLBT are the REAL shame to the gay community.

Why are most of the contestants in the Miss Gay US of A contests pre-operative transexuals and why do they define themselves as "gay" if they want to get a total gender transformation "sex change" is the true meaning. Female illusionists do not need female hormones to be an "illusionist" either. I think these pageants are a total shame to the gay community, especially US of A Pagentry because they allow "transgender" to call themselves gay when they really arent' gay!
