At the New Amsterdam Village in Bowling Green Park you can try many traditional dutch foods. Here we learn about fish sandwiches, gouda cheese, and dutch dessert.

Come visit the Village and see all of the NY400 events going on in New York at NY400.org.

  • this is so wrong...the only thing that they had right , was the word haring. the rest is all wrong . the lady even said gouda wrong. and gouda is NOT a region in holland!! and what the F*** are profiteroles??? Dont you mean poffertjes btw @jaymibakker they are from holland

  • Did she say Gowdah?

  • profiterols are french.

Gouda is a village in the Netherlands and not a region.

  • what?! profiterols? poffertjes. Sort of mini pancakes with butter and powdered sugar.
