  • @bbjunkie55 Funny, I seem to remember a guy who averaged 99.94 and scored 12 double-centuries (5 of them above 250) in just 80 innings. Lara may have been good, but his record pales into insignificance compared to Bradman. So now who's talking BS, someone who selectively ignores the greatest to put their favourite atop the heap.

And so what if he could score that many in an innings, Test Matches these days are one full day longer than most in Bradman's time...90 extra overs to score those runs.

  • Angelo Mathews plays this shot always...:P

  • @AussieAspie aye u are talkin utta BS lara is d fuckin greatest d game has ever seen,he holds records to date that no other cricketer has ever held.......so dont hate congratulate!!!

  • @AussieAspie your comment dont really has much merit because he is still up there with the greatest the sport's has seen

  • Brilliant though he was, if he had of been more concerned about his team winning and less about personal records, he may have been up there with the greatest the sport's seen.

  • great to watch

  • love the sound at 0:04

  • What is especially amazing about Brian Lara is that he has the best, most pronounced footwork of any batsmen I've ever seen. he seems to move so quickly and deftly into the best position to play his stroke.

  • @jakehabbo1 Nice one !!!

  • what a bat, this man was...

    simply great!
