Kailey #2, Age: almost 8 yrs old

Interview with Kailey. Kailey has almost completed 5 years of speech therapy along with OT and PT. She is a very smart little girl, but as you can see has difficulty processing information and and being able to give the information back.

Thank You!  You can get speech therapy through the schools. Kailey needs 5 days per week, but only gets 3 days per week for 30 min. So the school offers it, but you may not get the "intensive" therapy needed unless you put up a big fight. Kailey's speech is improving, but still has a way to go.

@leah42607 Make sure you see a neurologist. Kailey was diagnosed with focal cortical dysplasia after having a MRI. The Cat Scan did not pick this up. Yet another piece in the puzzle. Good Luck!!

She is just amazing! So inspirational! My son is 25 months old and has been dx'd with Verbal Dyspraxia recently. Keep posting the video's on her progress :)
