Hi, sadly it sounds like the dreaded singapore virus, its common with guppies which are farm bred in hugh numbers, and the mouth fungus is a form of stress, sadly it infects everything in the same tank, so if you have more than one tank make sure you clean your nets etc. metafix and primafix can go together but they treat different things!, try adding a small amount of tonic salt and turn up the heating a little to 80 degrees or so, but sadly its normally not good news, sorry and best of luck
