Painful to watch, tied incorrectly, would be dangerous if anyone actually needed to use this knot and did it the way Dan tied it.

Sorry, but this is backwards. The 2-3 turns go in the direction of the pull (towards the piano) with the final half hitch in the other direction. This is, maybe, the icicle hitch? but not the rolling hitch.

That is no rolling hitch! Any commercial fisherman knows that.
