Watched this right on time, since I'm considering becoming an ocularist.
I've seen instructional videos on how prosthetic eyes are made, so I knew the general process- but the insight this guy offers is just something you can't be taught and is still such a worthwhile lesson. Art, medicine, and science are all connected because they all deal with perception. Thanks for sharing.

This is amazing. I was born without my right eye so I've had a prosthetic my entire life. I'm finding that so many people are losing there eyes rather then having my circumstance. Anyone else like me?

Great video!! I lost my right eye in August of 2009 from Ocular Melanoma. My Ocularist (Roy McDonnell) was also great to work with. He lost his left eye when he was a teenager, so he can really relate to his clients. I'm very happy with my new peeper!!
