Problem with Viewsonic VFA724w-10

The Viewsonic VFA724w-10 seems to have controls for brightness, contrast, tint, and color adjustment...but will only allow you to select the brightness adjustment. So, photos look horrible not being able to adjust the other settings.

I had called Viewsonic and worked with their technician on the phone. By the end of the call it was clear that the options presented did not all function, but he said that there was no firmware updates available and no plans that he was aware of to patch it.

So, essentially, if you don't like the way it works presently (or doesn't work, as the case seems to be), then you should return it. :-(

A friend of mine has one that isn't loading pictures, which I now believe is a SD card issue, but while looking for a solution came across your video. I have the solution you are looking for. You have to press and hold either the up or down buttons to get to the other options. I hope that helps.
