  • hey does this video come with subtitless?

  • @john3000931 hi :( i don't think so....there was a time i tried to search all over the net for it....but did not find anything....if i find i will inform you.

  • I hope to find Beethoven's smile one fine day! I guess that most biographies and recreations of his life portraits him as a very tormented character so when I hear some joyful passages of his music I imagine that Beethoven used to smile as well at times. And that's the name of the book I'm writing in Spanish: Beethoven Smile. La Sonrisa de Ludwig. Thanks for this video, actor's role of Beethoven at the end of his life seems too dramatic but he looks quite similar to him, indeed.

  • @betokkikke Yea man i am dead sure that Beethoven smiled as well....In his final days he said "I've learned to look at the world in all its darkness and evil and still love it.".....walking in the nature and composing music bring him such a joy and happiness and he did defiantly smile mostly inside of himself but i am sure lots of time outside as well even though it was short one maybe, thanks for your great comment...try to find this full documentary in youtube by typing Beethoven's life.

  • Just Search for "BBC Beethoven" in youtube and you can watch the whole thing from part 1-18 it is one of the best Beethoven documentary that i have ever watched in my life.....absolutely amazing....

  • Thanks for uploading!

  • @fagatbarayetafrih I saw the whole docummentary here already and I was quite surprised to watch him smile and even laugh and actor portraits a new Beethoven to me and anew, this kept me interested about learning more about the real he and him thru life and so I found out my old books on Beethoven's life written by Romain Rolland (I got a Spanish version of it) and some others, but of course I'll keep on listening his music which is the best, thanks for your gentle comments, love from Mexico (Bp
