  • What kind of wine do you use. Ive never cooked with wine.

  • @NutsDeez I was using a light bodied red wine, like a cotes du rhone. You should really try cooking with wine. Also, it's preferable to cook with a wine good enough to drink, not one that you bought specifically for cooking. :)

  • wow lol.. that chicken is almost the exact recipe my aunt make every sunday except she use garlic to.

    herbes de provences is one herb mix i cant live without... probably because we french canadian well... french is afer all the mother of most of our ancestor lol our cuisine is heavily influenced by france.

  • @thePowerPlant No, but we shot it at night with some clip lights. We shoot with a 7D.

  • Did you guys use a new camera for today's video? HDP are great. The Provence Region has yielded some of the very best food France has to offer, IMO.

  • Im french and my recipe is quite similar. I made a video about it a few months ago, I'll post it as a video response here
