  • What are the bands for and does it hurt when you put it on?

  • @Chielaa The bands are resistance that helps build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. These ladies use them 3-4 times per week . The do not hurt. The neoprene fits comfortably around your leg above the knee .

  • @warrencray ...Not everything is fun. You can't skip the actual training and conditioning and then expect to be able to do it. I don't do gymnastics so I can't relate completely but I do dance. Even though i's not all fun and games, we still love it. Certain types of dance even require you to take another class that is an hour of painful strength and flexibility training before the actual dance class each week but we do it because it makes us better at what we do. :)

  • @warrencray A agree!!! I was in gymnastics to and they made me do like 50 push ups and everything else we did had to be 50 of something with strengh!!
