Ads aired during KXAS-TV's broadcast of "Inside Edition" on July 19, 1996 - just before the Atlanta Olympics' opening ceremonies.
Break 1:
* CarChoice
* Minyard Food Stores (With weekly specials, and the Dallas Cowboys' Troy Aikman apparently giving away tickets to the Olympics THAT ARE ABOUT TO START.)
* Q the Sports Club (One of apparently umpteen with Crystal Bernard)
* Dallas Pest & Termite Services (Has to be the same announcer Dalworth Carpet Cleaning used for years)
Break 2:
* Howard Johnson
* "Inside Edition"
* KXAS Sports "It's Our World" promo (Touting coverage of the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys training camp and the 1996 Summer Olympics. Not a sports fan, so the only guy I can name is Scott Murray at the end - feel free to fill in the rest.)
Break 3:
* Kroger (Featuring employees Bridgette Boeck and Craig Musser)
* North Texas Ford Dealers - Great Ranger Clearance
* Jenny Craig (With Cindy Williams)
* Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems
Break 4:
* Tartar Control Mentadent
* Almond Klondike bars ("Would you play patty-cake?")
* LensCrafters
* Sears
* Summer Nights at Wet 'n Wild (After Six Flags bought it, but before the name was changed to Hurricane Harbor.)
* North Texas Chevy-Geo Dealers (Geo Prizm)
Break 4:
* KXAS Weather ("Ever hear of 'sun dogs'?" With meteorologists Rebecca Miller, David Finfrock and Scott Chesner)
* KXAS Sports (A repeat. Whoops. It showed up a bunch on this tape.)
* Stars of Tomorrow doubleheader at Ballpark in Arlington (Appears to be aimed at Oklahomans - did they get Dallas-Fort Worth TV then?)
* KXAS "Public Defenders" bumper
* Local sponsor tag for the Olympics - UPS
I worked at Minyards at the time and Bob Minyard is not the nice guy he makes himself to be and Minyards treated there employees they call family like scum of the earth which is why Minyards is all but gone they ran it into the ground
