Thanks for sharing this set. I have a question... In an average day of BCT how many of each of these will be expected, not including smoke sessions? I want to see if I can meet and beat the average experience so I can be more prepared upon arrival. I'm lean, but not in shape as far as strength/cardio... Also, will riding a mountain bike regularly help as much, less, or more than just focusing on the workouts in this video?

@dalion82 Damn! lol i can lift my own body and do pull-ups/chin-ups but lock out my elbows and back up.... man that's goin to be tough haha! but hey! I'm up for the challenge!

@messerplasma People think doing sit ups will make that fat go away. It wont. It builds muscle underneath the fat. Honestly man, eat right and exercise. I have a shit diet but I am 6'1 weighing in at about 150lbs no fat. Only muscle. Thats cuz I burn off what I eat. Just burn that fat off bro.

@PunkRocker96706 It all depends on the person counting. Some want you to clear the bar with your chin and want you to damn near lock out your elbows going down. Some just want to see that you can actually lift your body weight.
