@PaxPacumVirum ya we expect alot of people to just obey the law but they don't and seatbelts are there to help us. the reason they enforce it is so some dumbass drink doesnt kill by hitting you and the medical bills go up the ass if you end up as a vegtable. basically its to really keep the money for hospital done because someone couldn't use common sense. this makes sense to enforce, the new thing in Cali they are trying to force they need to stop and thats the addictional food tax

All this seems to amount to is a way for advertising companies to make BS money on a law revolving around something that shouldn't happen if you just put down the cell phone or mp3 player or CD and look at what's going on in front of you... and you shouldn't be doing your makeup in the rear view mirror either ladies.... that thing exists for your safety, not your cosmetic appeal.
