@gradeschoolteacher Fr Stan is in full communion with the Magisterium of the Church, therefore personal criticism is not warranted. If a priest is in serious error, we should pray for him. If he has committed a crime, that's another situation altogether, but Fr Stan doesn't fall into any teaching errors. The Franciscan Friars of the Renewal are among the most dedicated and faithful priests on the planet! BTW, one doesn't need a degree in Theology to recognise a good priest.

@Jeni10 To criticize a priest is to criticize God!!!! That is about as ignorant as anything I have ever heard. That isn't Catholicism. That is a parody of the ignorance and idolatry that Protestants accuse us of. If you have completed your required six credits of theology, you should repeat them. You haven't learned anything. When a priest behaves like a jack-ass, he should expect to be called a jack-ass.

@gradeschoolteacher While you are entitled to your opinions, be careful that you don't criticize a priest, because they're God's chosen ones, called to the priesthood by Him to do His holy Will. To criticize a priest is to criticize God. Fr Stan has a gift for music which he uses to help get young people involved in the Faith. He's been very effective for many years! God bless you Fr Stan! ♥
