25 years since it's debut being only released now. Remember I said "Released" as it seems no one is inventing anything anymore.

25 years from concept to production is rather a lengthy period how about narrow it down to 3-5 years for a change?

@Begbucks It took me less than 2 years - after my release from political prison in East- to West- Germany - from invention to production by corporations, but I hade only 2 years freedom in my live. Than the SSD/STASI/BLKA (Gestapo) in Wets-Germany destroyed everything, even an entire corporation which tried to go on with the production of my invention. @InventorWillimczik I have no doubt the forces at large would employ any nefarious act to retain this type of technology from the public realm. I can imagine the implications a pump of this efficiency could have on the bottom lines of the energy sector.
