c-walking, just watch videos and mimic, theres so many of them on youtube. Gliding is all practice to make it smooth. The others are just freestyle.

imo, you should film a cwalk vid outside, with shoes on. The shoes will make your feet look bigger on camera, and your cwalkng will look better
