@horiaonofrei You need the Twilight of the Arnor expansion pack. In the ship designer you select a part and there's on option called Animate. Nu ti-am raspuns prea tarziu, nu? :)

@mrtin2811 so this works with one addon. basic gal civ 2 does not support animated parts (according to the modding guide), so maybe it's dark avatar, or the other one, right?

Galactic Civilizations II. It's a 'Civilizations'-type game (I.E. a Turn-based-strategy '4X' game), bit in space. It lets you make surprisingly detailed custom ships.

sorry every1 I had not kept up with the comments it is indeed Galactic Civilizations 2 there is the base game which play`s fine by it`s self and there is 2 expansion pack 4 it,..... MGlBlaze give`s you a brief description of it
