Imagine if Murray told a story or two of when the company's values made a difference in important decisions. I would have loved to hear him say something like, "I was at a board meeting a couple of months ago and we faced a dilemma. The easy choice would be to create a positive spin but quite frankly we needed to uphold our value of honesty and so we swallowed that bitter pill and said it like it was. Our employees and customers loved our response."
