These are great for isolating your GLUTES...Starting Position: Feet 6"wider than Shoulder width. Feet at least 1.5 to 2 feet infront of the bar. Go down low to where you butt stretches. It is important to go as low as is that is comfortable. Push up through your heels and squeeze your butt at the top of the motion. And hold for 2 counts.

all squats work the glutes to some extent. How much is a function largely of individual physiology. A trainer should do what stimulates the muscle best for him.
