Propecia Risks Long-Term Impotence - BBC Radio 1

BBC Radio 1 reports on the ongoing struggle many men worldwide are faced with after sustaining crippling long-term side effects from Propecia.

BBC Journalist Simon Mundie details the story of one young man named James who took Propecia for a brief while and experienced a host of side effects, including impotence and hormonal imbalances. Despite quitting the drug, years later James - like many other men - is still living with a wide range of serious symptoms which have severely compromised his quality of life.

Although they have changed the drug's labeling multiple times since it's release to warn consumers of long-term impotence risks, infertility and depression, Merck fails to address the growing demographic stuck with this illness, whom were convinced by the company that the drug was harmless.
