That thing looks perfect. It's your truck, but I'd say no more lift and certainly no cowl hood. It's just right - looks badass but yet clean, uncluttered, and refined. It's refreshing.

i live in bothell...so pretty close to you...im not quite sure what the state law is...im sure you can google it...but i know that they measure from the middle of your bumper to the ground and i think it needs to be under 27 inches...i think...?? and im not sure on tires but the bigger you go the more likely you will need mud flaps...i sold that black truck...i now have an 85 k5 blazer..8 inch lift, 39.5 mickey baja claws, stroker 383...500 hp at 6500rpm and 390hp at 468 tq at 4000 rpm @ crank

i actually go rid of that truck and ended up getting an 85 k5 blazer...ill be putting a video of it on here soon...
